Rick Robichaud, PEng

Anne Marie Robichaud, MEd
Adult Learning Specialist
Rick is a senior manager with extensive experience leading technical and project teams in the quality control and quality assurance arena. He is a Professional Engineer with NDE level 3 certifications who has a proven track record of successfully implementing practical Quality Management solutions and applications.
Rick is known for innovation and expertise in identifying and implementing strategies that reduce costs, increase revenue, strengthen customer relationships, and improve business processes while directing complex and concurrent projects. He is a relational leader with the skill and aptitude to train, lead, coach, direct, and motivate goal-focused teams.
Anne Marie is a seasoned adult educator, private training consultant, and part-time Professor at the School of Interdisciplinary Studies at Conestoga College. Anne Marie is a learner-centred, respectful facilitator who brings a practical, grassroots approach to adult learning. Her speciality is training the trainer and creative curriculum design that includes interactive instructional strategies for both in-person and online training. Anne Marie has a Masters Degree in Adult Education, a Certificate in Train the Trainer, a Certificate in Occupational Essential Skills, and a National Certificate in Voluntary and Non-Profit Sector Management. She is a storyteller and a master at engaging all learning styles through mixed methods.
